About the Journal

This journal explores efforts to improve public health through the implementation of nutrition education and physical activity programs. The research is conducted in response to the increasing prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases. The primary objective of this journal is to evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition education and physical activity programs in enhancing public understanding of the importance of healthy eating patterns and an active lifestyle.

The research methodology includes a comprehensive intervention design involving various age groups and backgrounds. The education program comprises teaching sessions on balanced nutrition, the benefits of fruits and vegetables, and the positive impacts of regular physical activity. Data are collected through pre- and post-intervention surveys, including parameters such as nutritional knowledge, eating habits, levels of physical activity, and physical health parameters.

The research results show a significant improvement in public understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and physical activity.
